Emergency managers have access to more data than ever: FEMA risk indices, CDC vulnerability scores, Census demographics, insurance models. But data alone doesn't make communities safer. The gap between knowing what the risks are and doing something about them is where Civasure lives.
We built Civasure because no tool existed to help emergency planners turn population-level preparedness data into targeted, measurable readiness campaigns. Counties were collecting survey data with no way to act on it, and federal datasets sat unused because there was no bridge to local decision-making.

Civasure is the first disaster readiness intelligence platform. We combine anonymous community survey data with authoritative federal datasets and AI-powered insights to help emergency managers identify gaps and execute campaigns that measurably improve preparedness, zip code by zip code.
We envision a world where every county has a clear, data-driven picture of how prepared their residents are, and the tools to close the gaps before the next disaster.
